We ask each customer for at least a deposit or full payment to confirm their commitment. Payment demonstrates commitment and is therefore a security for us, but also due to the high number of requests, we only work on order, because otherwise, we would not be able to create mock-ups for every customer. This system therefore allows us to respond to the most sincere and urgent requests. However, once you have ordered your 100% customized deco kit, we commit to meeting your request as best as possible and to creating a mock-up that corresponds to what you have asked for. You can also make modifications until you are satisfied.

A semi-custom decal kit is a decal kit that we have already pre-designed. Of course, you can add the usual options (change of number, chrome or holographic numbers, change of sponsors, colors, etc.). However, the base is already predefined.

A custom graphics kit is a graphics kit that we produce on demand. Please note that we are fully attentive to every request and we do our best to create what you ask for. It is even possible to create the graphics kit live with us via screen sharing/FaceTime!

Installation Guide - Decal Kit

• Before you begin

For optimal results and lasting adhesion, follow these steps carefully. Our decal kits are designed to fit your fairings perfectly.

* Required materials

• Plastic squeegee (facilitates application)
• Adjustable heat gun at 100°C or hair dryer
• Cutter (for adjustments, usually not necessary)
• Isopropyl alcohol, brake cleaner, or rubbing alcohol

• Step 1 - Prepare the fairings

Even when new, your fairings may be slightly greasy (residues from mold release wax or polish).

It is essential to clean and degrease them thoroughly:

1. Clean the surface with a clean cloth.
2. Degrease carefully with a suitable product (isopropyl alcohol, brake cleaner, or rubbing alcohol).
3. Allow to dry completely before applying the decal kit.

• Step 2 - Pre-position the elements

1. Take a piece from the decal kit.
2. Position it temporarily, without sticking it, in front of the corresponding fairing.
3. This allows you to visualize the positioning before application.

• Step 3 - Apply the decal kit

1. Start with flat surfaces: apply the piece with the squeegee, working from the center outwards.
2. Use the heat gun or hair dryer to heat textured areas: this makes the vinyl more flexible and allows it to conform to the shape of the fairing.
3. Press firmly to avoid air bubbles.

• Step 4 - Activate the adhesive

1. If you notice a bubble or incorrect positioning, peel it off immediately, before the adhesive fully sets. Beyond that point, adhesive marks might appear.
2. Heat the entire applied piece to fully activate the adhesive.
3. Press one last time with the squeegee or your hand.

You can order a graphic kit for only certain fairings, without necessarily ordering the complete graphic kit.

On average, decal kits are ready in 1 to 2 weeks, but this can vary (more or less).

For mock-ups:
Allow on average 1 to 2 business days for semi-custom designs and 2 to 14 days for 100% custom designs, depending on our workload at the time.

Once your mock-up is complete and you have approved it, we prepare your file for printing and add it to our queue. It will be printed during the next scheduled print run after your approval. (Printing is done every 1 to 2 weeks at most).

Once the decal kit is ready and shipped, it arrives within 48 hours via Colissimo.

The adhesive we use is of the highest quality available in terms of strength and adhesion. It is available in white (standard), chrome, and holographic. Combined with an ultra-thick glossy, matte, or glitter finish, you get a final product of exceptional thickness, resistant to the most extreme conditions (though not indestructible). The materials making up our finished products are ultra-durable.
